Day 64-Diet

Speaking of diet, I have tried extreme diet for over 2 to 3 months when I was a third-year-college student. Before, I was 56kg or 130 lbs that makes me looks really chubby. Everyone says I looked so chubby and fat. They asked me why I gained weight or what happened. I started diet to not eat anything at all and just keep drinking. I got no energy to do activities but that was my semester break so I don't go anywhere. I think back then I did not eat as much as I eat now. I don't know why I was so fat. I even have snacks more than I had back then. I started to exercise and only eat healthy food. I did not lose weight that fast I imagine. I started to feel guilty to my body and just focus on exercise. It worked slowly until I weight 50kg back. I dont want to be 56kg anymore. I think now I can manage better diet with most of vegetable. I really like vegetables and fruits now.
