I love spicy foods. If it is already spicy, I would to add more chili in it. This is myself that I really want to get rid but I cant leave my habit. If it is not spicy it is boring food. I would still eat it but I cant have any satisfaction like something I have to eat more and more. After eating spicy, I would be craving sweet food and excuse for desert. I really don't have any idea why my eating habit like this. Then, my stomach is messing up because it is so spicy for my stomach but my mouth still can handle that. It is the ignorant that I have to be aware. I need to take care of myself and know the limit of to not eat spicy food. Most of the time I am okay if the spicy is okay but if it so spicy my stomach will hurt and I cant even stand up. I keep torturing myself lol
