Day 42- Crying

Speaking of which, crying is natural process of emotion. Any type of happiness such as exciting, enjoying, angry, happy, or sad. Even when the baby is born the sign that baby is okay is their crying. It is concerning if they are not crying. However, crying is usually relating to emotional sadness or hurt or even grief. It is emotional reaction where the tears drop from your eyes. The question is there any health benefit from crying?

1. Detox body. When crying because of reflex such as somebody hit you, the tears clean out the area of eyes to sterilize from the bacteria. If you cry because of emotion the researchers believe that crying releases toxic hormones and balance the body.

2. Better at Regulate emotion. When you cry your hormones in your brain try to find the balance endorphins which can be good to relax our brain.

I am an emotional person who always cry for everything. I am crying when I am in anger stressed or uncomfortable situation that I may not able to help myself. However, I always try to regulate my emotion everyday through writing. It helps me how to talk to myself about why I feel this or that way? Sometimes I numb my feeling until I blow up and it is hurting me because I sound like I need help. The things that makes me cry usually when somebody hurts me purposely while I told them I don't like how they treat me. I feel disrepected after I give nothing but kindness to them. I know I can't control how people treat us but that is why I need to learn more and more of feeling entitled to people.
