Hello, today I am gonna share my workout routine. I mean I don't go to the gym because going to gym you have to go and prepare your workout outfit, travel, and gym member. I mean if I am pretty wealthy I would go to gym at the early morning for one hour. It would be good but I am not so my plan b would be working out at home for at least 20 minutes. Well, it is not a lot right? but your body moves and it feels amazing. I have been working out since I don't know exactly but maybe the second week of April if I was not mistake. It is almost one month of routine. The benefit I have is when I climb the stairs I am no longer feel exhausted, when I have to stand I am no longer feel dizzy. Sometimes, I feel it is blackout for few seconds but that is okay. I also get my leg or arm asleep and feel hurt, but I don't feel any. When I go to work, I feel energized and yeah I am ready to work especially if I go to school.
My workout routine starts from simple video I found on youtube. You can check her channel with @madfit. The first sentence I searched was beginner workout. It took me to her channel. I follow for 20 minutes + 5 minutes cool down. First attempt, my body aches, my booty was on fire, I can't even take poop because I have to do squat. Lol, it lasts for 4 days. It does really hurt when I have to sit down and move my body. It was so sore. However, now I can increase the minutes of workout sometimes it would be 30 minutes, or even when I feel sick and tired I keep telling myself don't destroy this good habit because it takes me a freaking a while to consider I should have workout. I am lazy in general. I don't know what to do with my body, to take care of it. So, it is one of my self care routine to accomplish and one of my goals everyday is the same.
For the past 2 days I have tried working out from @growinganans. Her channel is so intense and killing my body when I tried it. It is really not friendly for beginners but you can find her old videos that suit what you need. I tried the jump killer and it is killing me to the bone. I am convinced I just want to try once but I just want to challenge myself how far I can But the effect after that was so malicious I don't know how to describe it but it feels you never workout in fact I have worked out for the past few weeks and I still feel sore. Not as sore as the first but hey I thinkn it works lol
