Tips to Simplify Life

Life is always in rush and it is not easy sometimes. We have to take care of ourselves besides the other important things in our life such as job, family, relationship, or career. Sometimes we just want to take break from these activities but we can't. The only thing to do is make everything is simple and try to simplify everything. 

However, simple is not always easy or simple doesn't mean you are lazy. Simple means you find the best way to solve the problem as quick as possible without wasting your time and invest the rest of our time to do other things. We often think that simply will solve the problem right away. It won't happen until you put some efforts to do the process.

Without further ado, here's some tips to simplify your life. 

1. Set goals monthly

As we know, the new year we will always have resolution. We might set the goals that are too much for ourselves ended up we are not going to be consistent with the process to reach the dream. People often say dream big, yes it is also true however to get the dream big we always start from the small step by arranging monthly goals. It would be efficient and we more focus on the process not the "unrealistic goals" that we create. So break the goals into the manageable 

2. Make a Morning routine

Follow your morning routine can increase your motivation since the sense of completion boost our confidence.

3. 50/30/20 rules

budgeting money will be easier if we know how to manage based on what we needs, wants, and the urgency. For the basic living expenses, it is expected to spend 50% then 20% goes to life style and the last 30% is for savings. As we know the lifestyle is the reason why people keep falling for debt to maintain the luxury habit. Get financial freedom first above anything else.

4. Healthy Food

Avoid eating too much processed food and preservation can bring harm to our body either short or long term. Ty to minimize the consumption that you will see the good effect to our body physically and mentally.

5. Screen Time

The domination of social media already steals our freedom. The urge of checking phone for every second bring us no good as it distracts us for the important things we need to do. For every aspect, our life is influenced and we sometimes don't realize the outlook especially your mental health. Learn to detach from this online world and connect with the real word.

The thing is, the more simple life is, the more we are grateful for what life is. We would be more appreciate little things that we have never pay attention and live our life.
