1. what are three things that went well today and why?
- I asked for help about my Roblox's script to the trainer team, and she noticed the error within a few second and it worked well. It really is meaningful for me because I have been searching for the error for 4 days straight
- One of the stray cat came to my room and ask for food. I gave him a tuna and he finished all of em in seconds. I named him Kiwi.
-Work went well, I met a lot friends and just talked and I am done my fastin
2. What were the highlights of my day?
The highlight probably because I felt so sick, my stomach got upset after I ate spicy soto and I am trying to push myself to workout but it didnt work so I am changing to yoga and I feel so great
3. Three things that I could have done differently today and learn from experience
- Not too eat too much spicy, it ruins my stomach and I felt so dizzy so I dont have energy to work out
- Change my style, I think my style is basic. Maybe i can try put some lipstick so I look fresh. Well, I am not comfortable but I got tot try it.
-I wish I could drink 1-2L because I am dehydrated. My pee is so yellow
4. I learnt today to be not overthink from every situation, to think with your brain not your emotion, to take a deep breath before taking decision, to ask help if you need help, to not fully express yourself by laughing too hard because it was embarrassing, control my behavior, dont take any drama cause everyone just keep gosipping each other and talk diferently behind their back. It is annoying and I need to set boundaries.
5. I showed my gratitude today by:
-eating more nasi and food because I think this is my reward and this is blessing from god that I need to take
- Feeding stray cat as many as possible because I just dont want to see them starving but it is hard
- Praying, journaling, reading quran,
6. Challenge that I overcame today
- Push myself to learn material i need to teach tomorrow lol
- Fasting
- Not crying because of my boyfriend

- Showering

- Eating more than usual

-Keep writing even though I got headache now
